Independent Cookeville, Tennessee wealth management firm signals growth commitment with dual talent announcement
Cravens & Company Advisors (CCA), an independent wealth management firm in Cookeville, Tennessee, has named Benjamin Doty as Director of Investments and promoted Caleb Rouse to Advisor and Investment Analyst, the firm announced.
The move looks to “expand the investment leadership team.”

Doty brings more than 20 years of investment management experience to CCA, most recently serving as Portfolio Manager at Legacy World Partners in Tampa, Florida.
“Before that, Ben spent over a decade at Koss Olinger, a multi-family office, where he led a $2.1 billion investment program for ultra-high-net-worth families,” according to CCA.
At CCA, Doty will lead the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio oversight, including:
- The proprietary Quality Focus equity strategy
- Multi-asset allocation framework
- Private Markets Program

Rouse has played an integral role in CCA’s investment research process. The promotion reflects an expanded role in investment research, portfolio analysis and client advisory work, according to CCA.
