The Cookeville-Putnam County Christmas Parade will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 6 p.m. and celebrates its 53rd year of festivities with “Christmas Movie Memories.”
Over the past 53 years, the parade has become a community favorite of the holiday season. People from across the Upper Cumberland region and beyond are drawn to help usher in the greatest season of all.
The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce has joined forces with the city of Cookeville and Putnam County to create the best possible community parade experience.
Prize money will be presented to winning floats/entries. Judging of entries will be based on decorating and the 2019 theme of “Christmas Movie Memories.”
Entry deadline is 5 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15.
