Events bring community together to receive updates directly from each community’s elected officials
The Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber) is hosting its annual community coffee events in Algood, Baxter and Monterey.
“These events bring the community together in a casual setting for both Members and Non-Members to come together and receive updates directly from each community’s elected officials,” says the Chamber.
Light breakfast and refreshments will be provided.
“Come engage, connect and strengthen our community at this informative event,” said the Chamber.
Events are as follows:
- Algood Community Coffee – Aug. 15; Algood City Hall, 215 W Main Street, Algood 38506; 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
- Monterey Community Coffee – Sept. 18; One Bank, 100 W Commercial Ave, Monterey 38574; 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
- Baxter Community Coffee – Sept. 25; The Monarch, 301 3rd Ave North, Baxter, 3854; 8:00 – 9:30 a.m.
