America’s newest racing facility will showcase Shawn Fisher-designed luxury garage lofts.
Westel – Flatrock Motorclub has released new renderings of their Phase 1 Garage Lofts.
With grading completed, construction has now begun on the first set of Garage Lofts by Crossville, Tennessee-based Shawn Fisher Design.
“Featuring spectacular track, mountain or wooded views, the Garage Lofts will offer a new standard of trackside living,” said Flatrock in a release.
Garage Lofts are 2,400 square feet with a selection of floor plans that include a fireplace as well as a spacious entertainment deck. The Phase 1 Garage Lofts allow up to 4 cars in each unit, but some Members are combining units for additional car storage and entertainment space.
Luxury garage lofts
The current construction phase will see 11 Garage Loft buildings featuring 44 individual units completed, of which over 90% are already sold out.

Garage layout
Construction on the facility has been proceeding at pace since ground was first broken in October of 2022. The first layer of asphalt on the Motorclub track has already been completed and with two more layers to follow this spring, cars are expected to be on the 3.5-mile Flatrock Motorclub circuit by the summer of 2024.
