Owner is a “woman, trying to empower women with adorable and affordable outfits.”

Pretty Clothes Shoppe A Consignment Boutique at 336 South Main Street in Crossville is set to hold a ribbon cutting Oct. 10 at 4 p.m.

Lindsey Armes, owner of PCS says she is a “woman, trying to empower women with adorable and affordable outfits.”

“Let’s cut this ribbon together Cumberland County,” said Armes in a Statement. “Please come be in the picture and let’s show what we’ve done together! I’ve said from month one, we are creating a community within our community!”

Consignment – Lindsey Armes is ready to celebrate.

It all started in a classroom, according to the owner.

“From the classroom to clothes,” said Ames. “I officially hung up my markers and put away the textbooks after 16 years of teaching, and will now continue to work hard in Pretty Clothes Shoppe helping women find adorable affordable clothes; as well as follow my mission to serve and support highly recommended women pivoting to the next phase in their lives …”

PCS wants to give back “… by offering a free outfit or two, a free haircut and style by a local hair stylist and resume/interview skills from volunteers in our community.”

Armes is inviting the public top help her with her mission.

“Come consign with me and earn some extra money,” she said. “Come shop with me and feel pretty, come support other women and feel fed. Thank you Cumberland County for helping me pivot to my next chapter. I mean it when I say I love you.”
