Eligible applicants could receive up to $30,000 for exterior improvements to their downtown properties
Businesses and property owners in downtown Cookeville are now eligible for a new grant from CityScape Cookeville, an accredited Tennessee Main Street program dedicated to preserving the architectural heritage and promoting the ongoing revitalization of downtown Cookeville.
According to the organization, eligible applicants could receive up to $30,000 for exterior improvements to their downtown properties. On Wednesday, April 23, the organization met at Leslie Towne Centre in Cookeville to discuss the opportunity with eligible businesses.
