Expansion represents $26 million investment and creation of more than 80 jobs
Commercial Door and Frame (CDF) Distributors company is expanding by relocating its headquarters and all manufacturing operations to a new Sumner County facility, according to a release.
“Our expansion in Gallatin reflects both the strength of this region and the dedication of our team. This new facility positions us to deliver even greater value to our customers nationwide while continuing to invest in the community that has supported us for over a decade,” said Steve Kincanon, president & COO, Foreword Companies.
CDF is locating in the former Simpson Strong-Tie building in Gallatin, Tennessee, where the company plans to create 85 new jobs and invest $26.1 million. Upon completion, CDF will employ 195 Tennesseans.

Founded in 2011 in Gallatin, CDF, owned by Foreword Companies, is a commercial door, frame and hardware manufacturer and supplier, with customers across North America.
