COOKEVILLE – Tennessee Tech’s Office of Communications hosted Breakfast Before Hours on Tuesday morning at the Cookeville/Putnam County Chamber of Commerce. Tech president Phil Oldham updated local business leaders on construction going on around campus and spoke of several achievements by Tech’s students and faculty.
