Baxter – Baxter Medical Clinic is part of the Cookeville Medical Group, the largest independent provider in the Upper Cumberland, and the clinic recently hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the location’s grand opening at 319 Broad Street in Baxter.
Cookeville Medical Group has locations in Cookeville, Gainesboro, Crossville, Sparta and Baxter.
“Patients can access diagnostic lab services, pharmacy, digital X-ray, GE 2021 32-slice CT scanner and telemedicine appointments,” said the Cookeville-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce (Chamber). “We are excited to see the positive impact this new addition in Baxter will bring to the community.”
