Company produces hundreds of homes annually

Banner Built Homes by Legacy South (BBH) is hosting a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the Reserve at the Country Club at 2397 Nelson Way in Cookeville Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. Founded by Tennessee natives, Legacy South began as a small venture focused on renovating old homes and has since evolved into a “thriving business,” according to the company.

“Their deep connection to the area fuels their commitment to creating communities where people can build lasting memories. They’ve transformed their business from the ground up into a trusted name in local homebuilding, all while remaining true to their values of hard work and dedication to the community,” states the company.

The company now produces hundreds of homes annually and plans to expand further in the area.

“We understand that choosing a builder you can trust is one of the most important decisions you’ll make when creating your new home. That’s why we’re committed to constructing more than just houses — we’re dedicated to forming lasting relationships with our homeowners through transparency, quality craftsmanship, and a deep sense of care for the communities we serve. With us, you can trust that your home is in capable hands from start to finish,” according to BBH.

BBH emphasizes that quality is at the heart of everything they do.

“… from the foundation to the final touches, because your home deserves nothing less. We take pride in every detail, ensuring that each element reflects the craftsmanship, care, and attention that transforms a house into a home built to last for generations,” according to the company.
