Week celebrations include cookouts, drawings and more
Cookeville – As part of its continuing efforts to show appreciation for its driving force, Averitt Express is celebrating Driver Appreciation Week (Sept. 10-16) with events throughout its network.
This year’s events include cookouts, prize drawings and other festivities at Averitt’s facilities. There are also daily prize drawings for prizes such as Amazon Fire TV sticks, Apple AirPods, an iPad, a Samsung 55-inch Smart TV and more.
As has become Averitt’s tradition for several years, five over-the-road drivers will have their names drawn as the grand-prize winners of a brand-new Freightliner truck assignment.
