TSBDC hosts marketing seminar

COOKEVILLE – The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC) at Tennessee Tech University will host a free seminar to understand the components of marketing Tuesday, Sept. 15.

The seminar, “Marketing 101,” will take place from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Tech’s campus in Johnson Hall 218 located at 1105 N. Peachtree Ave. in Cookeville.

Kate Shelton, marketing intern at TSBDC, will lead the seminar and discuss the four P’s of marketing, effective marketing strategies and defining a target market.

In addition to seminars on small business topics, Tech’s TSDBC offers free, confidential counseling with potential and existing small business owners.
