Hall promoted at First Freedom Bank

ALGOODJoshua Hall, customer service representative at First Freedom Bank’s Cookeville office, has been promoted to personal banker for the Algood office. He will continue to perform customer service duties as well.

Hall has been in banking for approximately three years and has nine years of customer service experience. He joined First Freedom in May 2016 when the bank acquired the Putnam and Jackson County offices of FSG.

“Josh has the great ability to assess a situation and provide our customers with meaningful options,” said John Lancaster, chairman and CEO. “He is a great communicator, our customers love him, and we are pleased to promote him to this next level of leadership within First Freedom.”

Hall holds a B.S. in mass communication from Middle Tennessee State University. He volunteers for the Upper Cumberland Development District, providing small home repairs for the elderly and offering respite for caregivers. A Cookeville native, he is a member of Pleasant Grove Church in Gentry.
