COOKEVILLE – The Goodwill Career Solutions center located at 565 S. Jefferson Ave. in Cookeville will host a job fair from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 17, for six employers seeking to fill at least 100 positions in Putnam and White counties.
Employers include Krispy Kreme, Blue Coast Burrito, Metro Industrial Services, Bledsoe County Correctional Complex, Qualified Staffing and Integrity Staffing. Openings include food service, cook, processors, corrections officer, assembly, picking and packing, welder and other positions. Rates of pay reach $15 per hour.
Representatives from these companies will be on-site and interviews are possible, so job-seekers should dress for success. Job candidates are encouraged to bring a resume, photo ID and their Social Security card or birth certificate.
