COVID-19: Cookeville facilities closed to walk-in services

COOKEVILLE – Due to the rapidly evolving landscape of the COVID-19 virus and in the best interest of our citizens and employees, the city of Cookeville will be closing all of its offices and facilities to walk-in services and pedestrian traffic beginning Monday, March 23, 2020.  In an effort to conduct business by alternate methods, if you require assistance or need services that are not accessible through our website, please call 931-526-9591 to discuss by phone or to schedule an appointment.  

As a reminder, utility customers are encouraged to make payments using the following options:

The city of Cookeville understands that this is a challenging time and recognizes the importance of our community’s safety and health.  We encourage everyone stay healthy and protect others by following the recommendations of the CDC.
