13th annual Celebration of Spring and Easter Egg Hunt

EDGAR EVINS – Edgar Evins State Park will host the 13thannual Celebration of Spring and Easter Egg Hunt Saturday, April 13 with activities and vendors from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Peninsula.

The event begins at 9 a.m. with ranger-led wildflower hikes and continues with music and entertainment throughout the day.  Other events include wildlife demonstrations, Cannon Arts Dance Studio performance, pontoon boat rides, face painters and craft vendors. 

Food vendors will be available for those who want to enjoy a picnic on the grounds. 

The rangers encourage everyone to stop by the office and climb the tower that overlooks the park and lake. 

The grand finale will be the Easter Egg Hunt at 2 p.m.
